I’m not actually saying don’t go to Paris!
I have been living in Paris for about 8 years and I have seen countless tourists, friends and family visit Paris for the delicious croissants, the scenic pictures at Sacre Coeur or the Eiffel Tower climb. But having traveled to smaller destinations across Europe, I knew there was much more to discover and pass on. So many pretty destinations that go unseen because, let’s be real, they do not have the correct marketing budget. This blog aims to correct that and share my journey of discovering hidden gems across Europe with you.
It does not mean I never go to uber-popular destinations or never write about them. Actually, I was in Venice just last month!
Stop Going to Paris is more about that mindset that you can (and should!) explore the road less traveled by. And with my help, I hope it gets easier for you.
HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF…
Zakopane in Poland? It’s one of the cheapest ski resort in Europe.
Nazaré in Portugal? It’s the international capital of surf.
Lyon in France? It’s where cinema was invented.
and so, so much more! You don’t want to miss out on these gems.
